While we are many voices
many different individuals
each with gifts, each with flaws
we all are3 called, drawn
to proclaim one holy message
one message of transformation
becoming the body of Christ
not within the buildings
we call the church
We speak one message
as the voice of Christ
building up the church
the body of Christ alive
living within us
when we are in fellowship
whether in worship, in prayer,
study or action.
