Not Inadequate by Raymond A. Foss

Not inadequate, each of us worthy
Messengers empowered to share God’s love
Each of us a beacon, shining in the darkness
Coming from the father, into the world
Our brother before us, an example to follow
His love in his sacrifice, giving his all
We too, like our savior, servants not to be served
Offering his light, his love, in his holy name
Journeying, traveling, walking in the darkness
Shining his light to give the world hope
